To commemorate its centennial year as one of the world's most coveted bands, Converse Inc. is about to launch 100 different designs call Converse Century 100 into American and Japan markets with the theme as "Welcome to the converse century". It's obvious that 100 designs correspond to 100 years. In fact, these special editions would be only 200 designs as they are going to come into the market within US and Japan. The Converse Century 100 on Japan's market are originated from the most classic designs that were popular in Japan from 1908 to 2008, including with the feature of "Big Nine" and the back logo with "All Star" which were respectively since 1922 and 1970s.
